Dear Dr Bauer,

While on holiday in Salzburg I was advised by an Apotheke on 9th September
to go to the Landeskrankenhaus because my leg had become covered in
blisters and large red patches. I immediately went there and was referred to
the Dermatology Department where I was seen very quickly by the Team in
Cabine 10 or 11. After diagnosis of Herpes Zoster S1 and treatment, I was
given an appointment for 11th to be reviewed.
Unfortunately, after returning to my hotel I suffered from a severe
migraine and as a result of constant vomitting could not take the prescribed
tablets. When I returned for my appointment the Team checked me again
and gave me an anti-emetic by IV drip to ensure I could take my tablets.
I was sufficiently well to fly back to England on 12th as scheduled.
I would like to say how well I was treated by everyone I met at the hospital,
from the enquiry desk who checked and sent me to the Dermatology
Department, the Reception Desk and the outstanding Team in Cabine 10/11,
who not only spoke perfect English, but took enormous care to deal with my
worries and to explain everything they were doing. I would be grateful if you
would pass on my sincere thanks to everyone involved.

Sehr geehrter Herr Doktor!

Mein Name ist S.F. Ich muss echt ein großes Lob für einer Ihrer Ärztinnen (Assistenzärztin) aussprechen. Leider weiss ich ihren Namen nicht mehr. Ich war gestern am 18.3. bei Ihnen auf der Ambulanz wegen meinem Finger (extrem eitriges Nagelbett am Finger). DieÄrztin war so angenehm und erklärte mir alles so genau. Sie besprach alles so genau mit mir, da war man richtig aufgehoben. Man sah gleich, sie machte alles genau, trotz Stress eigentlich. Wenn ich mir den Warteraum ansah. Die Ärztin fragte genau nach Allergien, sah sogar im Computer nach, was genau für Wirkstoffe darin sein. ICH BIN BEGEISTERT!!! Leider weiss ich den Namen nicht mehr.

Danke für die super Behandlung. Meinen Finger gehts wieder gut!
